Our Story
The idea of Red Leaf Energy started when Greg Karl and Hal Curlett met while working in an oil and gas field development site in 2011. That chance meeting brought about the relationship and vision that Red Leaf Energy is finally able to bring to the market.
With the technical and business knowledge that both Hal and Greg brought to bear on the issues of hydraulic fracking and its inherent problems led to the idea the has finally come to fruition.
Red Leaf Energy has a license to utilize the revolutionary technology, the Pulse Energy Reservoir Construction (PERC) Stimulation Process. Red Leaf Energy is positioned to economically recovery hydrocarbons from existing legacy wells at potentially unprecedented levels.
With the advent of the PERC Stimulation Process poised as a major technological breakthrough, Red Leaf Energy intends to stimulate and produce wells at a highly increased efficiency as the lowest carbon footprint operator of any oil and gas extraction operation.

Greg Karl
Founder/Chief Executive Officer
Greg is the Founder of Red Leaf Energy. Greg has over 30 years of upstream oil and gas operations owning/operating an oil & gas production company, an oilfield service company and a heavy equipment construction company. This varied experience provides Greg a solid foundation to lead Red Leaf Energy into the development of the huge opportunity of a "Radical Technology Leveraged" oil & gas production program that he has arranged.

Hal Curlett
Chief Technical Officer
Hal has 55 years of domestic & international upstream oil and gas offshore & onshore operations experience including owner/operator of a drilling company, authored over 30 patents covering oil and gas and geothermal technology. Hal is a serial inventor/entrepreneur including the initial developer of the Particle Jet Drilling Technology and the inventor/developer of the Pulsed Energy Reservoir Construction Technology.

Thomas Tracy
Chief Commercial Operator
Thomas holds a B.S. Geology & an MBA degree. Thomas has 20 years experience managing large intergraded oil & gas and geothermal leasing program on behalf of large integrated oil and gas operators. As the CCO, Thomas will lead & manage the development of Red Leaf Energy's asset acquisition , development & planning efforts
Dan Karl
Chief Operating Officer
Dan has 40 yrs of international project management for installation & management of O&G facilities, well site construction, rail terminals, sulfur forming plants, pipeline installations, tank battery installations, environmental & safety management in the upstream and midstream sector of the oil and gas industry. As COO Dan bring his wealth of knowledge & expertise to lead Red Leaf Energy's production & marketing operations and planning.
Justin Rammell
Corporate Secretary
Justin holds a LL.M degree with 18 years of experience working in the mineral legal transitions space along with a history as a serial entrepreneur. This experience provides Justin with the experience to provide Red Leaf Energy with a unique perspective & a professional approach to transactional documentation and business planning.
